Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipping rates & delivery
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Heavier or bulky items will be sent via courier and will incur a higher charge.
No Rush Delivery, 3-5 business days, £5
Express Courier Delivery, 2 business days, £7
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped. Courier deliveries will receive tracking information directly to the email address provided.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Humble Homeware is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
Humble Homeware is not liable for any products lost during shipping, however we will do our best to replace or refund any items that are damaged.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. Photography and proof of purchase will be required to process any replacement or refund.
International Shipping PoIicy
I'm sorry but we do not currently ship outside the U.K.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 7 working days.
We will attempt to replace any items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, send us an email at first, so that we can check stock availability.
To return your product, you should mail email within 30 days to arrange.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are returning an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service. We cannot be responsible for returned items that are lost and untraceable in the post.
